Richland County offers the payment options of E-Checks, Debit Card and Credit Card payments online from March 1 to December 1. These payments are through an internet interface through Point and Pay, LLC . This service is turned off during the Local Treasurers collection period. Point & Pay charges a convenience fee to process these payments. This fee is paid directly to Point & Pay and Richland County does not receive any portion of this fee.
To pay taxes online, you will need to know your parcel numbers and amounts which can be found by clicking the View Tax Parcel Information Link below. Be sure to select correct “Tax Year” below Owner Information. – View Tax Parcel Information
